We're building the assistant we wished we had
Mango remembers your world, plans your day, and acts on your behalf — so the busywork of being a person takes up less of your one short life.
Mango started with a familiar kind of exhaustion. We were drowning in inboxes, juggling calendars, and re-explaining the same context to every tool we tried. The "AI assistants" we found could chat, but they forgot us the moment the conversation ended — and they never actually did anything.
We wanted something better: an assistant that genuinely remembers your life, thinks ahead about your day, and is trusted enough to take real action — while always leaving you in control.
So we built it. We named it Mango because we wanted it to feel like exactly what it is — warm, a little delightful, and unmistakably on your side.
To give people back their time and attention by handling the quiet work of running a life — thoughtfully, proactively, and always with their consent.
We believe an assistant should earn its keep by doing, not just suggesting. It should know you well enough to be genuinely helpful, and respect you enough to never overstep.
Remember, plan, act — in that order, and always on your terms.
The four things we won't bend on
You're in control.
Mango proposes; you decide. Every meaningful action is yours to approve, and anything can be undone. Off means off.
Memory is personal, and private.
What Mango knows about you belongs to you. You can see it, shape it, and delete it. It's never sold, never used to train public models.
Proactive, not pushy.
The best assistant anticipates without nagging. We work hard to make Mango helpful and quiet — to earn a place in your day, not crowd it.
Warm beats clever.
Powerful technology should feel human. We'd rather Mango be kind, clear, and a little delightful than impressive for its own sake.
We're a small team of builders, designers, and one or two reformed inbox-zero obsessives, united by a slightly stubborn belief that software should work for you.
We come from [BACKGROUNDS / PRIOR COMPANIES — placeholder], and we're building Mango carefully, in the open with our early members, and powered by Google Gemini.
