Welcome to Mango. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ANALYZEE d.o.o. ("Mango," "we," "us") — a company registered in the Republic of Croatia (OIB: 55910720129, MBS: 05790042), Ulica Augusta Šenoe 110, 31550 Valpovo, Croatia — governing your use of the Mango personal AI assistant, websites, and related services (the "Service"). By requesting access to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility & access
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Mango is currently offered as invite-only early access, and access may be limited, changed, or withdrawn at our discretion. Features may change as we develop the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@analyzee.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Connected accounts
The Service lets you connect third-party accounts, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Notion. By connecting an account, you authorize Mango to access and act on that account as needed to provide the Service, subject to your approvals and the permissions you grant. Your use of those third-party services remains governed by their own terms. You can disconnect any account at any time.
4. How Mango acts on your behalf
The Service is proactive: it may propose actions (such as calendar moves and email drafts) and, where you've configured it to, prepare or take actions across your connected accounts.
- Approval and undo. Meaningful actions (such as sending email or creating/modifying calendar events) are designed to require your approval, and the Service provides the ability to undo actions. You remain responsible for the actions you approve.
- Proactivity controls. You can adjust how proactive Mango is, including turning proactivity off entirely.
- Your responsibility. Because Mango can send communications and modify your calendar at your direction, you are responsible for reviewing proposed actions before approving them.
5. AI-generated content
The Service uses AI (including Google's Gemini models) to generate briefs, suggestions, drafts, and other content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and it is provided for your review. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or allowing it to be sent or applied. Mango is a tool to assist you, not a substitute for your own judgment, and it does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
- Send spam or violate the terms of any connected service (including Gmail) or applicable anti-spam laws;
- Attempt to access others' data, breach security, or disrupt the Service;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law;
- Use the Service to infringe others' rights.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Your content and license
You retain ownership of the content you provide and the data in your connected accounts ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership over Your Content.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. Please read it.
9. Fees
The Service is currently free during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll provide notice and the applicable pricing and billing terms before you're charged. You will not be charged without your agreement.
10. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services (Google, Notion, and others). We're not responsible for those services, their availability, or their content, and your use of them is subject to their terms and policies.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or warranties you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mango and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or €100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Mango harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll provide notice and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of the Republic of Croatia will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory right you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
