Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ANALYZEE d.o.o. ("Mango," "we," "us," or "our") — a company registered in the Republic of Croatia (OIB: 55910720129, MBS: 05790042), with its registered office at Ulica Augusta Šenoe 110, 31550 Valpovo, Croatia — collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Mango, a personal AI assistant that helps you remember information important to you, plan your day, and take actions across the accounts you connect (the "Service"). ANALYZEE d.o.o. is the data controller for the personal data described below.

1. A note on Google user data

Mango connects to Google services (Gmail and Google Calendar) at your direction and with your explicit consent through Google's OAuth sign-in. Mango's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

We only request the Google account access needed to provide the features you use.
We use your Google data only to provide and improve user-facing features (reading and organizing your email and calendar, drafting and sending replies you approve, and creating or rescheduling events you approve).
We do not sell your Google user data.
We do not use your Google user data for advertising.
We do not use your Google user data to train generalized or public AI/ML models.
We do not allow humans to read your Google user data, except: (a) with your explicit consent; (b) for security purposes; (c) to comply with applicable law; or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

2. Information we collect

a) Information you give us — your name, email, and what you tell us when you request access or create an account; and the people, goals, projects, preferences, notes, and instructions you share so Mango can be useful to you (this forms your personal memory).

b) Information from connected accounts (only what you authorize)

Gmail: email messages, headers, metadata, labels, and the ability to draft and send messages on your behalf when you approve them — used to triage your inbox, surface what needs attention, draft replies in your voice, and schedule follow-ups.
Google Calendar: your events, attendees, and availability, and the ability to create, modify, and reschedule events when you approve them — used to build your unified calendar and propose and make calendar moves.
Notion: pages and content in the workspaces you connect, which Mango can search and act on at your direction.

You choose which accounts to connect, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.

c) The AI memory store — to remember your world, Mango builds a personal knowledge graph: a structured, long-term memory derived from what you tell Mango and the connected-account data you authorize. You can view, edit, and delete this memory in the app at any time.

d) Information we collect automatically — basic usage and device data (actions taken, features used, log/diagnostic data, IP address, device/browser type) to operate, secure, and improve the Service; and cookies and similar technologies for authentication, essential functionality, and analytics. We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how our website and the Service are used so we can improve them; we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to: provide the core Service (remember your world, plan your day, act on your behalf); generate your daily brief and proposed calendar moves; triage email, draft replies, and prepare follow-ups for your review and approval; create, modify, and reschedule calendar events that you approve; search and act across your connected accounts at your direction; maintain your personal memory and the visual memory graph; operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service; communicate with you about access, updates, and support; and comply with legal obligations.

We process this data to perform our contract with you, based on your consent (which you can withdraw), and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, as applicable under your local law.

4. AI processing and Google Gemini

Mango is powered by Google's Gemini models. To generate responses, briefs, drafts, and suggestions, relevant portions of your content (for example, an email thread you want a reply to, or context from your memory) are sent to the Gemini API for processing. Under Google's API terms, content sent to the Gemini API is not used to train Google's models.

We do not use your personal content to train our own generalized models, and we do not permit our AI processing to be used to train publicly available models on your Google user data.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

Service providers / subprocessors under contract and confidentiality obligations, including Google (the Gemini API) for AI model processing, Google Cloud Platform / Firebase (provided by Google) for cloud hosting and infrastructure, and Google Analytics (Google) and PostHog (EU/EEA hosting) for website and product analytics.
Connected services at your direction — when Mango acts (e.g., sends an email via Gmail or creates an event in Calendar), the relevant data goes to that service to carry out your request.
Legal and safety — where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or Mango.
Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within 30 days of account deletion, unless a longer period is required by law. You can delete specific memories, disconnect accounts, or delete your account at any time.

7. Your choices and controls

Approve actions: meaningful actions (sending email, creating/moving events) require your approval.
Undo: actions Mango takes can be undone in the app.
Turn off proactivity: switch proactive suggestions and background actions off entirely.
Review and edit memory: view your memory graph and edit or delete any entry.
Disconnect accounts: revoke access in-app or via your Google Account permissions.
Delete your account: request full deletion via info@analyzee.io or in-app account deletion.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or a region with similar laws, you have the rights to access, correct, delete, port, object to, and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise most of these directly in the app (view, edit, or delete your memory; disconnect accounts; delete your account) or by emailing info@analyzee.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Croatia, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). We do not sell your personal data.

8. Data security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and the limited-use commitments described above. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data and to limit who can access it.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA (for example, processing by Google in the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Children

Mango is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (by email or in-app) and update the "Last updated" date above.
